How to use Priority Access

If you were just provided Priority Access, here's your guide on how to use it!

Follow the steps below to learn how to utilize Priority Access with RoboKind Phonics, Numeracy, and/or Speech Articulation.

On RK Central, in the top left corner you'll notice RoboKind Priority Access labeling which curriculum you have access to. Similar to how you would start the Web Companion, select RoboKind App.

Then select Ready to Go and then Teacher.

Use your RK Central credentials to login and click Submit.

A virtual keyboard will automatically populate. If not in need, click Hide in the bottom right corner. You can turn off the virtual keyboard function by clicking the keyboard in the bottom right corner. When the button is red, the keyboard is off.

If you're enrolled in multiple curriculums, you're able to select from the dropdown under Select Lesson.

Once you select your desired lesson you'll be provided a Summary including Objectives, Standards, and Resources.

To run a lesson with a student or multiple students have them open app.robokind.com on their own device. Once they click Student have them enter the Join Code at the top of your screen and click Join. They will then select their own name and select Join.

You will need to roster students on RK Central if not already done so.

Their name and join code will populate on their screen. Their name will populate under Connected on the teacher screen.

Once all students have joined, you can select Start Lesson. When ready to launch the lesson with the respective students click Launch.

You are now able to run lessons using Priority Access for a limited time.
