Lesson does not start after clicking "Start Lesson"

Before beginning any troubleshooting, please check to make sure your companion app is on our current software version

To complete these trouble shooting steps, you will need your organization's IT teams support.


Restart the robot and run a network test.

 If you have re-tested in both Robot and Avatar mode and the lessons still won't start, there are a few possible reasons for this issue:

    1. Tablets & Robots must be able to establish outbound connections on TCP ports 80 and 8080 to *.robokind.us (including downloads.robokind.usauth.robokind.usdata.robokind.uscdn-api.robokind.us) and d23kggeguwanja.cloudfront.net.
    2. For any web content filtering software that is installed, verify that www.robokind.comlearn.robokind.com, and robokind.us are classified as allowed educational software.
