Does your robot need to be mailed to RoboKind Headquarters? Make sure it's packed up securely to avoid any damage in the shipping process!
This is a quick guide for packing your RoboKind Robot for Returns and Exchanges. Many of these materials were included with your robot shipment. If you are missing any of these packing supplies, please request a return/exchange kit from your Partnership Success Manager.
Materials needed to pack your robot:-
- Either a RoboKind Robot Case OR a Box with RoboKind 2 Part Foam Insert.
- 2 Part Robot Head Protector Clamshell
- Protective Plastic Bag
Packing Instructions:
- Please place the head protector on your robot’s head and ensure that at least 2 of the snaps are pushed together.
- Place the robot in the protective bag, the bag can go over the head protector.
- Pace your robot into its case or styrofoam insert
- If shipping in the styrofoam case, place the styrofoam insert lid onto the robot, checking to make sure it is oriented correctly.
- If you are returning a robot, please place all robot accessories, like the Battery, Power supply and cord, and screwdriver into their respective places.
- If you are exchanging a robot, please keep your accessories.
If shipping in the styrofoam case, your robot should be oriented as shown below:
Note: You should only send accessories back if you are returning your robot; If we are providing an exchange, you should keep your accessories.
