Pairing tablets troubleshooting

Having to re-pair tablets each time another educator logs in?

If your companion apps are needing to be re-paired each time another educator logs in, we are aware of this issue and our development team is working towards a permanent fix. 

In the meantime, here are temporary workarounds

  1. Continue Using iPads as Is: Before each learning session or lesson, re-pair tablets and download modules if required. If possible DO NOT log out of the iPad/s guest session at any time during the learning session. This approach requires manual intervention but allows for the continued use of the iPads in their current configuration.
  2. Use iPads Not Set Up in Shared/Guest Mode: If feasible, using iPads that are not configured in shared or guest/temporary session modes can circumvent the identified issues. This solution ensures that data persistence, module availability, and device pairing remain intact between sessions.
