I can't find my robot during session setup!

Are you able to see the Avatar option, but no robot on your session start screen?

Before beginning any troubleshooting, please check to make sure your robot and RoboKind Companion Apps are both on our current software version

  1. Please run a network test from the RoboKind Companion Apps and ensure no tests fail except for the Support Server test. If the network tests pass (not including Support Server), please continue.

  2. Please reboot the robot using the reset button in the back of the robot. After it reboots, run a network test on the robot. If the network tests pass (not including Support Server), please continue.

If tests pass and you are still unable to find your robot, please submit a support ticket including your robot's serial number and the e-mail address of the user having difficulty so that we can verify the account structure and itinerancy settings for the user account and robot.
